The Kobra 3 Max also features an 800W AC electric heated bed, which can quickly and evenly heat up the platform. It takes only 125 seconds to heat from 25°C to 60°C, just 38% of the time required by the Kobra 2 Max. This significantly reduces print preparation time and addresses the user's painful concerns of long preheating times for large-sized printer platforms. The speed increase of the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max Combo is also attributed to the repositioning of the filament cutting-off mechanism to the right side of the printhead, which reduces the travel distance during color changes and enables faster cutting.

The ACE Pro is equipped with an active drying function, with pre-set drying parameters for PLA/PETG and other filaments. You can start drying with just one click to enhance the print quality. It supports drying while printing, which eliminates the need for a separate filament drying before printing, saving both time and effort. It also supports pre-print drying as needed. The maximum single-color print speed is increased from 500mm/s to 600mm/s. Unlike the Kobra 2 Max, which only has a 0.4mm nozzle, the Kobra 3 Max Combo allows users to freely replace nozzles with sizes of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm to meet different precision requirements. The Kobra 3 Max has one more motor on the Y-axis, totaling five motors (one on the X-axis, two on the Y-axis, and two on the Z-axis). The dual motors on the Y-axis provide more balanced and precise movement. The maximum nozzle temperature is also raised from 260°C to 300°C, enabling compatibility with more materials such as PLA, PETG, and TPU. The higher nozzle temperature on the Kobra 3 Max also ensures smoother filament feeding and retraction. Additionally, several intelligence-assisted printing functions have been added, such as Auto Filament Refill, Entanglement Detection, AI Spaghetti Detection, and Power-off Recovery, making the printing process more hassle-free and convenient.
