We support delivery to most regions worldwide. Normally, your order will be directly dispatched from the warehouse near your location. Occasionally, if the nearby warehouse is out of stock for certain accessories, we will ship them directly from China to complete your order.

*For policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO Box addresses or military addresses.

*Note: Due to policy constraints, our logistics company is unable to provide delivery services to the following countries, primarily including Ukraine/Israel/Åland Islands/Belarus/Faroe Islands/Guadeloupe/Guernsey/Isle of Man/Jersey/Moldova/Svalbard & Jan Mayen/Bosnia & Herzegovina.

❗️Shipping Restrictions (Temporary)

Due to current logistical and transportation limitations, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the following countries and regions:

Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline for when deliveries to these locations will resume. Once shipping channels become available again, orders can be placed as usual.

Q: Why did I only receive half of my order?

A: We might have divided your order into several packages. Perhaps slow trucking causes the speed to be out of sync. Please wait 7 days and contact us for logistic tracking.

Q: I received an email about the shipment being delivered, but nothing arrived. What should I do?

A: It is recommended that you first call the local post office to confirm and check the surrounding environment again for parcels. Please contact us, we would love to help you.
