Anycubic ASA Filament

Weather- & Sunlight-Resist | 106℃ High-Temperature-Resist | High-Resilience & Wear-Resist | Low-Odor | Filament Intelligent Identification

Weather- & Sunlight-Resist

Engineered with a high-grade anti-UV and anti-oxidation formula, Anycubic ASA preserves both structural integrity and vibrant color when facing intense sunlight or the harshest elements like heavy rain and high winds.

106℃ High-Temperature-Resist

With a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of 106°C (0.45MPa), Anycubic ASA outperforms standard ASA filaments. It maintains exceptional rigidity under stress, making it the ideal choice for high-temperature industrial housings and automotive interior components like dashboard phone mounts.

High-Resilience & Wear-Resist

Anycubic ASA provides the ultimate protection for your projects with industry-leading impact resistance and superior interlayer adhesion. Its high-toughness formulation dramatically reduces the risk of cracking or shattering, ensuring your prints survive blunt force and heavy-duty use.

Low-Odor Printing

Anycubic ASA is formulated for reduced emissions during the printing process. Compared to traditional ABS, it produces minimal odor, making it a more user-friendly and environmentally conscious choice for your workshop or studio.

Filament Intelligent Identification

Integrated chips enable instant filament identification and automatic preset loading, delivering a streamlined printing experience.

Note: Requires an internet connection and is compatible exclusively with Anycubic printers.

Reusable Filament Spool

The reusable filament spool features a threaded connection system designed for enhanced stability when used with spool-free filaments. This design significantly reduces the risk of entanglement, filament scattering, and operational errors.

*You can keep the spool for future use - saving costs and minimizing waste with every refill.

Filament Installation

ANYCUBIC-STORE

FAQs

What are the advantages of ASA?

ASA has high toughness, high temperature resistance, lower odor than ABS, suitable for printing outdoor tools and garden supplies.

If I buy 3KG of filament, will I receive a single 3KG roll?

No. All our filaments are packaged in 1KG rolls. For example, if you purchase 3KG, you will receive three separate 1KG rolls rather than one 3KG roll. The same rule applies to other quantities as well.

What should I do if the filament I received has problems with quantity, color, or other problems?

If there are any problems with the filament you received, please contact our support team for answers.

Where can I find the recommended printing parameters for Anycubic's printers when using the filament?

You can view the recommended printing parameters on this details page. If you do not find the results you want, please contact our support team for answers.

Where can I learn about the settings for different filaments?

Click here to learn about filament settings here.

Where can I view parameter comparisons for various filament?

You can click here to view parameter comparisons for currently available filament.

What is the difference between the old and new versions of filaments?

Different batches of filaments will have slight differences in color, and the latest batch of new materials will use detachable trays. The old and new types will be shipped randomly. Please be aware of this.

Can I still use Anycubic PLA if my printer does not support intelligent identification?

Absolutely. Anycubic PLA is compatible with all 1.75mm filament-supported printers, even if they lack intelligent identification chip functionality.
