Refined Matte Texture without Vertical Lines

This special formulation significantly reduces vertical lines, delivering a premium matte finish straight from the build plate. Achieve a smooth and excellent texture without the need for manual buffing or extensive post-processing.

High-Hardness against Deformation

Formulated with high-rigidity monomers, Anycubic 16K Standard Resin provides superior structural stability. Its high-hardness profile allows for ultra-thin walls and slender geometries that resist warping and sagging. This exceptional resistance to mechanical stress ensures long-term reliability for load-bearing applications.

Premium Colors without Color Difference

Anycubic sources only the finest color pigments to ensure every bottle of resin delivers pure, saturated color. Our precision-tuned photoinitiator system eliminates muddy, grayish undertones and frustrating color variations, ensuring your prints remain vibrant without being cheap or plasticky.

Minimal Odor & Eco-Friendly

Anycubic resin features a specially engineered low-odor formulation, delivering zero irritation for a pleasant, comfortable printing experience.

Wide Compatibility

Compatible with all 405nm UV-curing LCD/DLP 3D printers onthe market, while delivering optimal print performance when pairedwith Anycubic LCD 3D printers.

*When printing with 16K Standard Resin (Orange Red), it is recommended to apply the recommended parameters to effectively ensure an excellent first layer and reduce the risk of print failure. Ambient temperature affects resin viscosity and print quality, requiring parameter adjustments:
‌Summer (>30°C without AC/temperature control):‌
*Reduce standard exposure time by 0.5-1s.
*Reduce base layer exposure time.
‌Winter (<10°C without AC/temperature control):‌
*Increase standard exposure time by 0.5-1s.
*Increase base layer exposure time.

Instructions for Use

1. Before use:
Shake liquid resin well
Clean resin vat and build plate
Ensure vat bottom remains highly transparent
Confirm release film is undamaged
Verify correct print parameter settings
‌Recommended printing environment‌: 20-35 °C (to prevent temperature-related failures)

2. During Use:
Unscrew bottle cap and remove sealing film
Pour resin into vat ‌without exceeding max fill line‌

3. After Printing:
Use included tools for post-processing:
Scraper / Flush cutters / Tweezers / Gloves / ≥95% IPA cleaning solution

4. Post-Processing:
A. Remove models from build plate using a scraper; remove supports
B. Clean models in Anycubic Wash & Cure machine for ~10 minutes (use ≥95% alcohol or cleaner)
C. Dry models: Air-dry, blow-dry, or use drying chamber (prevents water absorption/cracking)
D. Secondary curing: Cure models for 3-5 minutes
E. Resin recycling: Filter through a 100-mesh sieve

Precautions

  1. Store at room temperature away from light
  2. Recommended use temperature: >20°C (low temperatures reduce success rate; high temperatures accelerate pigment settling)
  3. If pigment settles: Stir with plastic scraper or shake resin bottle
  4. Resin cures under sunlight: Print in dim, ventilated areas or cover printer
  5. Remove models promptly after washing to avoid property degradation
  6. Always wear nitrile gloves and goggles (avoid skin/eye contact)
  7. Waste disposal: Cure resin completely before discarding as solid waste
  8. Maintain ventilation; keep liquid away from pregnant women, children, and pets‌

FAQs

What makes 16K Standard Resin different from regular resin?

It delivers 16K high precision with advanced molecular cross-linking, reducing shrinkage and improving detail accuracy. Prints show sharper edges, smoother surfaces, and better dimensional consistency than standard resins.

What does 16K mean, and how much more detail does it offer compared to standard resin?

16K Precision means our resin is molecularly optimized for high‑resolution (up to 16K) light‑curing 3D printing. Compared to ordinary resins, it faithfully reproduces micro‑details down to 0.02mm – such as fine gear teeth, textures, or jewelry carvings – while significantly reducing layer lines and pixel artifacts. Even for miniature models or engineering prototypes, the surface comes out nearly as smooth as injection‑molded parts, requiring little to no post‑sanding.

What are the practical benefits of the Matte Texture? Does it affect painting or post‑processing?

The matte finish eliminates unwanted reflections, letting you inspect model details directly without applying a matte spray – ideal for 3D scanning, art display, or primer validation. Moreover, the micro‑rough matte surface actually improves adhesion for paints, primers, and glues, preventing peeling. Compared to glossy resins, it saves workflow steps and avoids “eating” colors (i.e., colors stay vibrant after painting).

What should I do if my model keeps failing to print?

If you are unable to print or printing fails, please contact our support team for answers.

What should I do if I receive resin that is leaking?

If your resin is leaking, it might have been damaged during transportation. Please take pictures of the product you received and contact our customer support teamThey will assist you in resolving the issue.

What should I do if I accidentally spill resin on my skin?

Please wash immediately with soap and water. Note that alcohol should not be used to directly wipe the skin (as it may cause more resin). If you experience allergic reactions, redness, swelling, or a burning sensation, you should seek medical attention immediately. Prolonged exposure may cause dermatitis or chronic allergies. It is recommended to avoid operating with bare hands.
