Filament Installation

1. Label the Filament

Remove both stickers and both chips. (if present.) Install new chip stickers onto both flanges.

2. Load the Filament

Open the spool, align the filament with the latch, and snap it into place.

3. Locking the Spool

Close the spool, press firmly, and rotate until you hear a “click," confirming it's locked.

4. Prepare the Filament

Once the spool is locked, remove the bonding strap and thread the filament into the spool hole.

What makes PETG-CF different from standard carbon fiber filaments?

Unlike standard carbon fiber filaments that can be brittle, our PETG-CF combines the rigidity of carbon fiber with the toughness and impact resistance of PETG. It delivers a premium frosted matte finish with vibrant multi-color carbon aesthetics while remaining easy to print with high success rates.

Is PETG-CF prone to warping or bed adhesion issues?

Not typically. While more rigid than standard PETG, it has excellent bed adhesion when used with a heated bed (70-80°C) and a clean surface.

Do I need a hardened steel nozzle to print with this filament?

Yes, due to the carbon fiber content, which is abrasive, we strongly recommend using a hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm or larger). A standard brass nozzle will wear down quickly, potentially affecting print quality and causing clogs.

Does the Intelligent Identification feature require additional setup or operation?

No extra setup is needed. Supported printers automatically read the filament information, providing a seamless and convenient user experience.

If I buy 3KG of filament, will I receive a single 3KG roll?

No. All our filaments are packaged in 1KG rolls. For example, if you purchase 3KG, you will receive three separate 1KG rolls rather than one 3KG roll. The same rule applies to other quantities as well.

What should I do if the filament I received has problems with quantity, color, or other problems?
