Anycubic Kobra 2 uses an auto-leveling system that accurately measures the distance between the nozzle and bed through sensors. It supports one-click automatic leveling, which is very helpful for beginners and also convenient for experienced users. However, in some cases, you will encounter problems that cause the Kobra 2 leveling issues.

Method 1: Check the Z-axis V-shaped pulleys
Power on Anycubic Kobra 2 and raise the Z-axis to the middle height. Use your hand to check if there is any slipping on the inner side of the Z-axis V-shaped pulleys. If there is slipping, use an open-end wrench to adjust the hex eccentric spacers on the inner side of the pulleys until the inner pulleys no longer slip. Please note that when adjusting the hex eccentric spacers, it is sufficient to make small adjustments.
Method 2: Check the X/Y axis bearing pulleys
Check the print head module and print bed for looseness or tightness. If so, use an open-end wrench to adjust the hex eccentric spacers until the print head module and print bed move smoothly without obvious looseness.
Method 3: Check the X/Y axis belts
Rotate the X/Y axis tensioner knobs clockwise to tighten them fully, and then rotate them counterclockwise one full turn.
