To make this guarantee technically reliable and fair, it is built around an Official Performance Benchmark model — a standardized test model designed by our engineering team to verify the printer’s baseline performance before any customization.
If your first print of this official benchmark model on the Kobra X does not perform as expected due to hardware or system-related factors, we step in to make it right.

The Print Guarantee applies to Kobra X purchases made during our launch window:
Deposit opens: December 26
Full pre-order begins: January 15
Coverage window:
The Print Guarantee applies to qualifying Kobra X orders placed between December 26 and February 15.
Once the printer is delivered, the guarantee is valid for 30 days, and applies exclusively to the first print of the official Anycubic benchmark model.
2. Benchmark-Based Evaluation
The guarantee applies specifically to your first print of the official Anycubic benchmark model, allowing our team to diagnose performance using consistent, comparable data.

If the issue is related to hardware or system behavior, the full Print Guarantee applies, including material coverage.
Setup or operation-related factors
If the issue is related to setup or operation, our technical team will still provide step-by-step guidance and support to help you adjust and achieve a successful print.
