    Q1: When will the Kobra X launch and how do I buy it?

    Kobra X will officially launch on Jan. 15th.
    From Dec. 26th to Jan. 14th, paying a deposit allows you to receive a deposit voucher. The voucher can be used starting from Jan. 15th when adding the Kobra X to your cart. Users who don't pay a deposit can purchase directly from Jan. 15th, but without the deposit voucher.

    Q2: Is paying a deposit worth it?

    Absolutely. Your $10 deposit triples in value, turning into a $30 discount voucher. This is the absolute lowest price available for the Kobra X.

    Q3: When should I pay the deposit?

    Pay your deposit between Dec. 26th and Jan. 14th.

    Q4: Is the deposit refundable?

    Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a full cancellation and refund of the Kobra X order.

    Q5: Can I use the voucher for other Anycubic products?

    No. This specific voucher is an exclusive perk for the Kobra X launch and cannot be applied to other Anycubic products.

    Q6: How long is my voucher valid?

    Your voucher is valid for two months starting from January 15th. We recommend using it during the first week to ensure you get the fastest shipping!

    Q7: Is the voucher transferable?

    No. To protect your security, the voucher is tied to the email address you used to pay the deposit.

    Q8: Can I use multiple vouchers on one printer?

    No. Only one voucher can be used per Kobra X order.

    Q9: How will I get my voucher?

    Immediately after paying your deposit, you will receive two emails: a payment confirmation and a separate email containing your unique voucher code.

    Q10: Does a deposit guarantee "priority shipping"?

    Yes! We ship on a "First-Paid, First-Shipped" basis. By locking in your deposit early, you move to the front of the line when shipping begins on January 15th.

    Q11: Will I know when my printer is on the way?

    Yes. You will receive an automated Shipping Notification with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

    Q12: Do I still get a warranty if I pre-order?

    Of course! All pre-order units include our full after-sales service and warranty. Your warranty period only starts the day you receive the printer, so you don't lose any time while waiting for delivery.
