Shipping Location and Time

We have warehouses in the United States, Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and China. Accessories will be shipped from US, EU, CA, UK, AU warehouses with priority, and the shipping time is expected to be 3-8 business days. If the US, EU, CA, UK, AU warehouse is out of stock, it will be shipped from the China warehouse, which is expected to take 5-15 business days. For pre-sale products, please refer to the logistics information when placing the order.

Shipping & Tariff

The purchase price does not include tariffs and shipping costs. Please note that we WILL NOT be providing a refund if a customer refuses to collect (or returns) their product(s) due to customs fees/duties and/or other related costs. Return & Warranty

You have the option to request a refund within a period of 14 days. However, please note that the refund does not cover the shipping fees and tax/VAT charges. To initiate the refund process, you need to submit a request to the Anycubic Service Team within this 14-day timeframe. All products purchased from the official website of Anycubic are warranted under different terms.
