Solution 1: Make sure the WiFi antenna is properly installed
Please check that the WiFi antenna is securely installed on the printer and make sure there are no obstacles between the printer and the router to effectively receive the WiFi signal.
Solution 2: Make sure firmware in 184.108.40.206 or latest.

Solution 3: Make sure the printer's server is global.
Enter the main interface of the printer, select System---Service, and confirm the server selection is 'Global'. If 'China Mainland' is displayed, click on 'China Mainland' to switch the server to 'Global'.
Solution 4: Make sure the APP is the English version.
If the page language displays as Chinese, please click and download the English (Global) APP.
Solution 5: Make sure that the phone has not switched to another WiFi network.
